| My passion and freshness for ceramic ware never waned, so the idea of producing and making ceramics on my own was born, and the Qingyuan Ceramics Factory came into being. The original purpose of founding Qingyuan Ceramics was to do what I wanted to do, to make ceramic vessels that I liked. Compared with richly flavored meals, utensils are quiet and low-key. It is an essential part of life, but seldom receives special attention and comments. The brand of Qingyuan Ceramics, I uphold the principle of not following blindly, not following the trend. Rather than manufacturing vessels, I feel that the process of producing ceramics is a process of meeting and getting to know them. During this time, unexpected amorous feelings will appear. "Green" is a synonym for the Orient, which also represents spring and vitality. "Green" is also a color, and in my mind, I have the ultimate pursuit of glaze color for ceramic vessels. The same glaze combined with different clay will produce different colors; different glazing techniques, different firing temperatures, will make the porcelain show a different beautiful texture; by adjusting the ratio of glaze and clay, so that the glaze shows a crystalline metallic luster. This process of research and development infuses the ceramic vessels with the creator's intention and energy, which is then passed on to the user, and ultimately everything comes full circle. |
